This website is based on Koken cms - http://koken.me/ and currently I'm using the free theme - Chastain.
According to me there is one big feature that is missing on this theme: the possibility to show the EXIF data of your pictures.
All your chastain theme files can be found in /storage/themes/chastain/
So, here we go!
First we need to create an /inc/exif.html page.
This html page will contain the different EXIF properties of your photo to be displayed. Here is a sample one: https://github.com/jonathanR79/koken/blob/master/chastain-exif/inc/exif.html
The next step is to customise the info.json file of Chastain theme to allow the possibility to turn on or off the display of EXIF data on your photo album or simply on your image content.
This is done by adding a show_exif setting like here: https://github.com/jonathanR79/koken/blob/master/chastain-exif/info.json
The last step is to modify album.lens and content.lens to effectivly display EXIF when wanted. Samples files:
All the customized file of this project can be find on my github https://github.com/jonathanR79/koken/tree/master/chastain-exif
Important: this customisation is lost if you update your theme. To get it permanent, you have to create a copy of your chastain theme.
Starting with a good news: DxO Optics Essential 11 is free till the 30th of November! (Normal price is 129€)
It's only the Essential version but I wanted to try it out and specially the HQ Noise reduction feature. Note, that to get access to the PRIME noise reduction, you need the Elite edition which costs 199€.
Here is a cropped RAW photo of a little duck without any Noise Reduction - Sony A7II f/4.5 1/80 sec 55mm ISO 6400
The same picture with the HQ RAW Noise Reduction from DxO Optics without changing default settings:
To compare with another software, here is the result on the same image with Dfine from Google Nik collection (free) with default settings - https://www.google.com/intl/fr/nikcollection/
